9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Bid opening for county fuel supply. Motion to adopt resolution to approve list of roads with reduction of 35 mile per hour speed limit. Discussion/motion to approve lease/purchase agreement with Columbia State Bank for the purchase of 2022 Western Star dump truck. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Discussion regarding fire access and hydrant for Rooesvelt Place Skrivseth application. Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign Construction Contract with American Road Maintenance for the pavement maintenance project at the Boundary County Airport. Motion to sign letter to Dept. of Environmental Quality regarding sewer feasibility study. Motion to sign parking lot agreement with Mountain Springs Church. Motion to adopt resolution regarding the acceptance of Boundary County (only) refuse/garbage at the landfill and monitored dumpster sites. Motion to sign copier lease agreement for Assessor’s Office. ACTION ITEMS.
10:30 a.m.: Steve Moyer with North Star Surveying – Commissioners to sign the replat of Lot 1A of the replat and lot line adjustment of Lot 1, Block 3 of the Northland Woods Subdivision, First Addition for Harley Mastre. ACTION ITEM.

9:30 a.m.: Noxious Weeds Department Superintendent Dave Wenk – Noxious Weeds Department report.
10:00 a.m.: Steve Moyer with North Star Surveying - Commissioners to sign the replat of Lot 1A of the replat and lot line adjustment of Lot 1, Block 3 of the Northland Woods Subdivision, First Addition for Harley Mastre. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Discussion/possible motion regarding the purchase of trucks and trailers for the Road and Bridge Department. ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: Commissioners’ public hearing at the County Annex to consider increases to Dept. of Motor Vehicle fees, Restorium room rates and airport rates. ACTION ITEMS.
