Monday, December 21, 2020

9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion/possible motion to sign finance documents from John Deere for 2020 772GP grader. ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)f, to communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated. Discussion/motion to sign right-of-way purchase and parking lot estimate. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to ratify signing the Independent Contractor Agreement with Pacific Steel and Recycling. Motion to adopt resolution authorizing disbursement of funds received from Governor’s Public Safety Initiative through the CARES Act. Motion to sign Request for Reimbursement #7 for Airport Improvement Project (AIP) 3-16-0004-017-2020 for the airport environmental assessment & motion to sign Request for Reimbursement for AIP 3-16-0004-018 for airport snow removal equipment building. 10:30 a.m.: Attorney Andrakay Pluid – Discuss matters pertaining to Prosecutor’s Office transition. Possible motion to go into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.
11:00 a.m.: Discussion/motion regarding Fair Board’s facility rental fee increase. ACTION ITEM.
11:15 a.m.: Discussion/motion regarding Sick Leave Bank matters. ACTION ITEM.
