9:00 a.m.: Road & Bridge Department report – Scoping notice for Riverside project. Vance Warden – Discuss matter pertaining to Naples Bridge.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Boundary County Emergency Services Director Mike Meier, Incident Commander Bob Graham, Mayor David Sims, Sheriff Dave Kramer, Road & Bridge Department Superintendent Clint Kimball, Courthouse Maintenance John Buckley - Updates regarding the snow event. Possible motion to extend disaster/emergency declaration.
10:00 a.m.: Parks and Recreation Board Chairman Rob Tompkins – Discuss Parks and Recreation job positions, secondary job descriptions, and plans for maintenance.
10:30 a.m.: Courthouse Security Ben Reinhardt – Information on quotes for new Courthouse telephone system.
11:00 a.m.: Danny Beachy – Discuss request to build hangar at Boundary County Airport; possible motion.
11:30 a.m.: Discuss renewing Courthouse cleaning service. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to cancel/extend various taxes. Discussion/motion regarding Coeur d’ Alene Basin Restoration Plan. Motion to adopt resolution regarding wheel loader lease. Discussion regarding purchase of property near airport. Possible motion to sign contract documents regarding purchase of property near airport. Motion to approve County Alcoholic Beverage License for Mel’s Kitchen.
11:45 a.m.: claims approval. Jail inspection. Indigent 2017-8 and indigent matters.

9:30 a.m.: County Noxious Weeds Department report.
10:00 a.m.: Clif Warren with Selkirks Pend-Oreille Transit Authority (SPOT) - Discuss Joint Powers Agreement for SPOT. Possible motion to sign agreement.
3:00 p.m.: IAC legislative conference call.
