Monday, February 7, 2022
9:00 a.m.: Road & Bridge Department report. Motion to ratify purchase of a truck. Motion to sign Union Pacific Railroad Lease Agreement for Moyie River Road Guardrail project. Discussion/possible motion regarding Alta Forest Products proposed siding on Stagecoach Road. Motion to sign Findings & Decision for Variance Applications 8-2021 & 1-2022. Discussion/possible motion to go out to bids for 2022 Boundary County asphalt petroleum products. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m., to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Discuss issue with emails. Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Motion to reappoint County Noxious Weed Advisory Board members and Snowmobile Board member. Discussion/motion to sign Parking Lot Agreement with Mountain Springs Church. Discussion/motion regarding employee vacation time overage. Motion to ratify signing the Deer Camp Hazardous Fuels Reduction Project grant application. Motion to ratify signing the 2018 Final Grant Adjustment Notice for the 2018 Operation Stonegarden Grant. Motion to sign Independent Contractor Agreement with Skywalker Tree Care. 1:30 p.m.: Conference call with Public Defense Commission Regional Liaison Jennifer Roark, Boundary County public defenders – Quarterly update on Public Defense Commission updates and matters pertaining to public defense.
2:30 p.m.: Boundary County School District Superintendent Jan Bayer, Business Mgr/Treasurer Cal Bateman and School District Facilities Committee member - Discussion regarding proposed school bond information.
3:00 p.m.: Discussion/possible motion regarding federal legislation from Congressman Fulcher and to sign letter to Congressman Fulcher voicing opposition to wilderness legislation. ACTION ITEM.

Tuesday, February 8, 2022 (The following afternoon meetings to be held at the County Annex)

1:30 p.m.: Kathleen Trever, Deputy Attorney General – Discuss matters pertaining to grizzly bear delisting.
2:30 p.m.: Motion to sign Exhibit A, Cooperative Law Enforcement Annual Operating Plan & Financial Plan between the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office and the USDA, Forest Service Idaho Panhandle National Forest. Discussion/possible motion to sign Temporary Access Agreement with Manulife Investment Management Forest Management for snowmobile grooming permit. ACTION ITEM.
3:00 p.m.: Idaho Association of Counties District 1 Google Meeting legislative call.
