9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion, possible motion to hire emergency temporary help as it is a time sensitive matter.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign: Certificates of Residency, Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative Scoping letter for Camp Robin Project, Farming Lease with T&T Farms, State of Idaho Bureau of Federal Surplus Property list, and Hangar/Ground Lease with Creative Commercial LLC. Motion to adopt resolutions establishing polling sites in Boundary County and to transfer remaining airport grant budget to the airport budget.
10:00 a.m.: Commissioners to discuss, open and review request for qualifications for engineering firms for the regional sewer feasibility study grant. Possible motion.
11:00 a.m.: Continuation of public hearing to consider Planning and Zoning application #18-011, a short plat subdivision filed by R. Unruh.
11:45 a.m.: Claims approval. Discussion, possible motion to proceed with the process of acquiring the armory as it is a time sensitive matter.
1:30 p.m.: Restorium report.
2:00 p.m.: Clif Warren, Selkirk Pend Oreille Transit Authority (SPOT) – Discussion on SPOT program funding.
