9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion/possible motion to sign KN21994 guardrail upgrade letter. Motion to approve new private road names for Monarch and Sapphire. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m., to 10:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – – Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. Update on various matters. Discussion/possible motion regarding Innovate agreement. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign Construction Contract with American Road Maintenance for the pavement maintenance project at the Boundary County Airport. Motion to sign letter to Dept. of Environmental Quality regarding sewer feasibility study. Motion to sign parking lot agreement with Mountain Springs Church. Motion to sign City/County Dispatch Agreement. Motion to sign deeds for tax deeded county property. Claims approval. ACTION ITEMS.
10:45 a.m.: Board of Equalization appeal hearing for parcel #PPM00000151510A. ACTION ITEM.
11:15 a.m.: Restorium Department report.
11:45 a.m.: Continued discussion regarding lease/purchase of an excavator for the Solid Waste Department.
1:30 p.m.: Jim Ball – Discuss concerns regarding addressing.
2:00 p.m.: Marine Deputy Caleb Watts – Discuss matters regarding safety when on/near the rivers/waterways.
2:30 p.m.: Emergency Manager Andrew O’Neel – Discuss State Homeland Security Grant program projects. Motion to approve grant funding for grant projects. ACTION ITEM.
