9:00 a.m., Commissioners’ special meeting at the County Annex conference room with Idaho Office of Emergency Management (IOEM) Director Brad Richy, IOEM Local Area Field Officer Jay Baker, Boundary County Emergency Manager Andrew, FEMA Region X Administrator Vincent Maykovich, DR 4589 Federal Coordinating Officer Thomas Dargan, and Louis Hougaart with the Idaho Office of the Governor – To discuss general emergency management related matters and discuss any concerns Commissioners may have.
