1:30 p.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent Claine Skeen – Solid Waste Dept. report. Discuss budget matters. Discuss matters regarding current ordinances regarding materials accepted at the landfill/monitored sites as well as proposed ordinance regarding railroad ties. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.

1:30 p.m.: County tax deeded property auction at the County Annex for delinquent 2017 property taxes. ACTION ITEM.
2:10 p.m.: Motion to sign Hangar/Ground Lease Agreement for David Byler. Motion to sign plat map for Evergreen Meadows Subdivision. ACTION ITEMS.
2:15 p.m.: Public hearing to consider Planning & Zoning Application #22-0062. A comprehensive plan map amendment & zone change requested by Billie & Patricia I. Poulton Family Trust. ACTION ITEM.
2:45 p.m.: Public hearing to consider Planning & Zoning Application #22-0088. A comprehensive plan map amendment & zone change requested by Alaina & John Hathaway. ACTION ITEM.
3:15 p.m.: Commissioners’ meeting with Innovate Inc. representatives, Road & Bridge Co-Superintendent Renee Nelson, County Mapper Olivia Drake, and Planning & Zoning Administrator Clare Marley. To discuss computer program needs for mapping etc. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
