9:00 a.m.: Sheriff Dave Kramer – Discussion/motion regarding request to order a vehicle for the Sheriff’s Office. ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion to adopt resolution increasing Road and Bridge budget due to receipt of logging stumpage. Motion regarding Restorium resident account. Motion regarding quote for services from Longwell+Trapp Architects for Safeway building. Motion to sign Request for Reimbursement No. 34 & Summary Sheet for Airport Improvement Project 3-16-0004-017-2020, the environmental assessment project. Claims approval. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student. ACTION ITEM.
11:00 a.m.: Matt Philbrook – Discussion/question regarding issue with possible RV or trailer park on neighboring property.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Motion to sign amended Independent Contractor Agreement with GMCO Corporation. ACTION ITEMS.
2:30 p.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent Richard Jenkins - Discuss options to solve water seepage into the landfill office.
