***Monday, September 29, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., Commissioners met in regular session with Chairman Ben Robertson, Commissioner Tim Bertling, Commissioner Lester Pinkerton, Clerk Glenda Poston, and Deputy Clerk Stephanie Sims.

Commissioners said the Pledge of Allegiance.

Commissioner Berting moved to sign Commissioner meeting minutes from the week of September 22. Commissioner Pinkerton second. Motion passed unanimously.

P&Z Administrator Ben Jones entered the meeting at 8:58 a.m. and stated that it has been a crazy couple of weeks with calls concerning questions on zoning and extensive public records requests. The number of applications has begun to reduce.

Commissioners Seek Applicants to Serve on the Parks & Recreation Board

Boundary County is seeking letters of interest from qualified individuals interested in volunteering as a Boundary County Parks & Recreation Board member. This Board is advisory to the Boundary County Board of Commissioners and terms consist of three years. A candidate must be able to attend monthly Parks & Recreation Board meetings. The purpose of the Parks and Recreation Board is as follows:
