***Monday, June 6, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., Commissioners met in regular session with Chairman Dan Dinning, Commissioner Wally Cossairt, Commissioner Tim Bertling, Clerk Glenda Poston, and Deputy Clerk Michelle Rohrwasser. Chairman Dinning, Commissioner Cossairt and Clerk Poston participated in the meeting via telephone as they were in route to the annual Idaho Association of Counties Commissioners and Clerks conference.

Marty Martinez joined the meeting at 9:00 a.m.

9:00 a.m., Commissioner Cossairt moved to appoint Tim Bertling Acting Chairman. Commissioner Bertling second. Motion passed unanimously.

Commissioner Cossairt moved to authorize Acting Chairman Bertling to sign the Hangar-Ground Lease with Hilt Venture Cap, Inc., for Hangar A5. Acting Chairman Bertling yielded the chair to second. Motion passed unanimously.

There was no further business for Commissioners this week due to the annual Idaho Association of Counties Commissioners and Clerks conference taking place in Burley.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:02 a.m.
