9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign plat map for Jessop Subdivision. Motion to sign Hazardous Fuels Treatment Contract with Back 40 Forestry LLC. Motion to sign CAT Standby Preventative Maintenance Agreement for the Sheriff’s Office. Motion to sign Findings and Decisions Letter for FILE #25-0144 Hilt Venture Cap, Inc. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Board of Equalization. Discussion/motion regarding Property Tax Exemption Applications received. ACTION ITEMS.
10:30 a.m.: Probation Office Department report.
11:00 a.m.: Boundary Economic Development Council (EDC) Director David Sims – Update on EDC projects.
11:30 a.m.: Matt Hodges – Discussion/possible Action item regarding upgrade of countywide email. Possible ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Solid Waste Department Report. Discussion/possible motion to accept roof repair quote for Solid Waste. ACTION ITEM.
2:15 p.m.: Human Resources Report. Executive Session 74-206(a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. This paragraph does not apply to filling a vacancy in an elective office or deliberations about staffing needs in general.
