Monday, December 1, 2025
9:00 a.m.: Courthouse Maintenance Department report.
9:20 a.m.: Alcohol Beverage License for Husky Gas & Grocery. ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency for Anthony Giallanza. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes from week of November 24th. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion regarding appointment/reappoint of Hospital Board members. Motion regarding appointment/reappointment of Planning and Zoning Board members. Motion to approve extending vacation to four employees in the Clerk’s office that are over the 120-hour maximum. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Matt Hodges – Discussion/Action item regarding camera system in the courthouse. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Probation Office Department report.
11:00 a.m.: Boundary Economic Development Council (EDC) Director David Sims – Update on EDC projects.
11:30 a.m.: Board of Equalization – Discussion/Action item regarding Subroll and Occupancy Roll. ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report.
2:00 p.m.: Human Resources Report. Executive Session 74-206(a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. This paragraph does not apply to filling a vacancy in an elective office or deliberations about staffing needs in general. Executive Session 74-206(b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student. 4:00 p.m.: Executive Session 31-874 to consider proceedings and records of medical indigents. ACTION ITEM.
