9:20 a.m.: Motion to sign Certificates of Residency for Joseph Pinkerton and Emma Standley-Wallen. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes from the week of December 1st. Cancel/extend various taxes. Claims approval. Motion to sign Juvenile Justice Annual Financial Report. Motion to approve extending vacation to one employee in the Clerk’s Office that is over the 120-hour maximum. Motion regarding appointment/reappointment of Snowmobile Board members. Motion to sign County Vessel Fund Report. Motion to sign Annual Road & Street Financial Report. Motion to sign Sales/Lease agreement with CAT for 972 Wheel Loader. Motion to sign Airport Land Acquisition RFF 02 Final for FAA 3-16-0004-027-2025. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters.
10:00 a.m.: Executive Session 31-874 to consider proceedings and records of medical indigents. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Discussion/Action Item regarding Solid Waste Fees. ACTION ITEM.
11:00 a.m.: Melanie Staples – Discussion regarding United Methodist Church.
11:30 a.m.: Restorium update.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion/Motion to sign Local Public Agency’s Certificate of completion of Right-Of-Way activities for Iron Horse Road railroad crossing. ACTION ITEM.
2:00 p.m.: Human Resources Report. Executive Session 74-206(a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. This paragraph does not apply to filling a vacancy in an elective office or deliberations about staffing needs in general. Executive Session 74-206(b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student.
