9:20 a.m.: Canvass ballots from elections. ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign Resolution Increasing the Justice Fund Budget Due to Receipt of Unanticipated Revenue. Motion to sign letter to Natural Resources Committee. Motion to approve change order for the website. Motion to complete PHD ballot. Motion to go out for RFP for HVAC for the Energy Efficiency Grant. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Phil Allegretti, Discussion/Possible Motion regarding West Nile Virus project and grant funds
received. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Shane Robinson with USDA Wildlife Services & District I Idaho Animal Control Board
Director for Boundary County George Hayes - Update on the USDA Wildlife Services program.
11:00 a.m.: 9B Trails – Discussion regarding coordination for the Mudslide trails, new parking area and highway connection. Discussion regarding Riverside Park developments. Discussion regarding any other trails projects as needed.
11:30 a.m.: Scott Hoover, with Hoover CPA - Review of county FY 2024-2025 Audit. ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Solid Waste Department Report. Bid Opening for the metal pile. ACTION ITEM.
2:15 p.m.: Human Resources Report. Executive Session 74-206(a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. This paragraph does not apply to filling a vacancy in an elective office or deliberations about staffing needs in general.
