9:20 a.m.: Motion to sign Certificates of Residency for Caleb Bryant, Olivia Love and Hailey Dickson. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes from the weeks of November 3rd and November 17th. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to approve extending vacation to four Sheriff’s Office employees that are over the 120-hour maximum. Motion to sign plats for Underhill Subdivision, file #25-0040 (24-95), and Sunset Ridge Estates, file #25-0096 (25-09). Motion to sign RFR #2 for FAA AIP 029 for Phase I Design Services for the runway rehabilitation/shift project. Motion to sign Land Use Permit with IDL for snowmobile grooming. Motion to sign Special Use Permit with Stimson for snowmobile grooming. Motion to sign Passthrough Funds Recipient Agreement with Idaho Dept of Juvenile Corrections. 10:00 Richard Jenkins Solid Waste Superintendent – Discussion/Action item regarding Solid Waste Fees. Discussion/possible Action item regarding purchase of CAT 972 Wheel Loader. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEMS.
10:30 a.m. Jaycee Atkins – Discussion regarding use and ownership of Veterans Memorial Hall.
11:00 a.m.: Thomas Sumpter with Masonic Lodge – discussion regarding property tax exemption.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion/Motion to sign LRHIP (Local Rural Highway Investment Program) for FY 27 Katka Chipseal Project. ACTION ITEM.
2:00 p.m.: Human Resources Report. Discussion/motion for Classification change. Discussion/motion of sick leave bank proposal. Executive Session 74-206(a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need.
