Motion to sign RFF#7 for IDL Grant #22HFR1-Boundary. Motion to approve uniform purchase for Sheriff’s Department. Motion to proceed with Discover Card Class Action Claim. Motion to sign Resolution for Destruction of Juvenile/Adult Misdemeanor Probation Records. Motion to sign License Agreement with Selkirk Multiple Listing Service. Motion to sign RFR #1 for FAA AIP 3-16-0004-028-2025 Grant. Motion to sign Recodification Agreement with American Legal Publishing LLC. Moton to sign Application/Appendix B for reimbursement for Lengthy Juror Trial Compensation. ACTION ITEMS.

1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Motion to sign MOU with Curley Creek Fire Volunteer Fire Department. Motion to sign IWORQ agreement. ACTION ITEM.
2:00 p.m.: Human Resources Report. Executive Session 74-206(a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. This paragraph does not apply to filling a vacancy in an elective office or deliberations about staffing needs in general. Executive Session 74-206(b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student.
