Boundary County Commissioners Seek Applicants to Serve on the Snowmobile Board

Boundary County is seeking letters of interest from qualified individuals interested in volunteering as a Boundary County Snowmobile Board member. This Board is advisory to the Boundary County Board of Commissioners and terms consist of three years. Candidates must be able to attend monthly Board meetings. The purpose of the Snowmobile Board is as follows:

The Boundary County Board of Commissioners will meet in special session on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the VEC facility at Boundary County Fairgrounds 6567 Recreation Park Rd., Bonners Ferry, Idaho for the purpose of discussion/possible ACTION ITEM as well as Q&A regarding a potential M&O Levy for Boundary Community Hospital. The Boundary Community Hospital Board of Trustees and leadership will also be in attendance to answer questions from the public. ACTION ITEM.

9:20 a.m.: Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes from week of February 23. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign Land Use Lease Agreement with EarthScope Consortium. Motion to approve estimate from BF Builders for railing at Deep Creek. Motion to sign change order #1 and #2 totaling $14,808.00 for Justice Center. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m.: April Bennett CEO of Boundary Hospital – Discussion/possible motion to approve Boundary Community Hospital M/O levy. Possible ACTION ITEM.

Commissioners' Meeting Minutes - Week of February 9, 2026

***Monday, February 9, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., Commissioners met in regular session with Chairman Ben Robertson, Commissioner Tim Bertling, Commissioner Lester Pinkerton, Clerk Glenda Poston, and Deputy Clerk Stephanie Sims.

Commissioners said the Pledge of Allegiance.

Hospital Board Chair Paul Hazdovac entered the meeting at 8:50 a.m.

Hospital CEO April Bennett entered the meeting at 8:57 a.m.
