      1. Section 11. - Subdivisions
      2. Section 15. - Zones
      3. Section 20.11. - Family Transfer
    2. Transfer of Property to Family (Retain; Modify; Delete)
      1. Section 20.11. - Family Transfer of Real Property to Family Member
      2. Section 20.11. - Family Transfer affidavits, Sender and Receiver
      3. Section 20.11. - Family Transfer Receiver to retain property (time length)
  5. Amendment versus Update – naming, timing
  6. Public Comment
