Commissioners’ meetings are held in their chambers, Room 28, in the Boundary County Courthouse, unless otherwise stated. 9:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service Budget Hearing. Motion regarding approval and adoption of the Boundary County Ambulance Service District budget for FY26-27. Motion to adopt resolution regarding Boundary County Ambulance Service District budget for FY26-27. Motion to adopt resolution regarding forgone. Motion to sign L2 forms and associate documents. 11:00 a.m.: Boundary Economic Development Council (EDC) Director David Sims – Update on EDC projects. Discussion regarding Tree Grant. Motion to sign/accept 23IRA-Boundary Agreement Award. ACTION ITEM

11:30 a.m.: Courthouse Maintenance Report.

11:40 a.m.: Motion to sign Certificates of Residency for Ralph Ramsey and Olivia Chavira. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes from the weeks of August 24th and August 31st. Cancel/extend various taxes.  Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms for Gemstone Lane. Motion to sign/approve the contract with Wink Inc., for the Boundary County Airport Runway 2/20 Rehabilitation and Extension project. Motion to sign Sales and Service Agreement with First Line. Motion to sign Reimbursement Request #1 for 24WFM-Boundary-South Phase III. Motion to sign amended plat for Lot 25 – Twin Bridges River Front. Motion to sign letter regarding USFS project(s). ACTION ITEMS.

1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Solid Waste Department Report.

2:15 p.m.: Human Resources Report. Discussion/Motion regarding classification of positions. Executive Session 74-206(a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. This paragraph does not apply to filling a vacancy in an elective office or deliberations about staffing needs in general.
