Public Record Requests

Under Idaho Code, you have the opportunity to view or copy public documents.  If you would like to request documents, please complete and submit a public records request. In your request, please be as specific as possible so we can get you the information you are looking for in a concise and timely manner.

Please note that any requests received after 5:00 pm will be considered as submitted the following business day.

Submit requests for Court to: courts@boundary.idcourts.gov
Submit all other requests to: Publicrecordsrequest@boundarycountyid.org
