Boundary County Assisted Living

We are an assisted living facility owned and operated by Boundary County since 1975. We are nestled on the north side of the Kootenai River and are dedicated to serving the needs of our community. In 2025 our facility earned a rarely given “Gold Award” from Idaho Department of Health and Welfare showing the facility had reached the highest standards.

Residents are encouraged to continue their independent life styles to the best of their abilities while providing care and meeting their unique individual needs. Families and friends are welcome to visit and are encouraged to be involved. We have several activities daily such as exercise class, bus rides, bingo, church services, ice cream socials and more. Because we are community supported we have several volunteers who come in and sing, help with beauty needs, provide Bible studies and more.

Our caring staff provide 3 meals a day plus snacks, daily room cleans, laundry services, local doctor appointment scheduling and transportation, medical assistance, on call nurse, 24-hour staff, fenced in courtyard for safety, call buttons in rooms and bathrooms, room deep cleans weekly and shower or bath assistance individualized to meet your needs and desires.
