Under certain circumstances Boundary County is required, by Idaho Code and local ordinances, to publish legal notices in the official Boundary County newspaper of record, the Bonners Ferry Herald.

While publication on this site does not constitute official legal notice, they are posted here to allow the widest possible dissemination of information of importance to residents and property owners in Boundary County.
