Adult Misdemeanor Probation

Adult Misdemeanor Probation supports the Court by supervising individuals convicted of misdemeanor offenses. Officers provide guidance and structure to help probationers meet court requirements and successfully complete their probation. Through proactive engagement, we uphold accountability, protect the public, and encourage lasting change.

Adult Pre-trial Services

The Adult Pre-Trial Release Program allows eligible individuals to remain in the community while awaiting court, under structured supervision designed to ensure accountability and public safety. By using evidence-based risk assessments and supervision strategies, the program supports court compliance, supports alternatives to pre-trial detention, and helps individuals maintain employment, family connections, and stability during the legal process.

Juvenile Probation

Juvenile Probation offers structured, court-ordered supervision for serious or repeat youth offenders. Officers prepare social histories, make recommendations to the court, and provide alternatives to incarceration. With targeted programs, we address the needs of youth, families, and victims—promoting accountability, rehabilitation, and positive development.

Juvenile Diversion

The Juvenile Diversion Program offers eligible youth an opportunity to address offenses outside of the formal court system. Through structured accountability and skill-building, youth take responsibility for their actions while learning positive decision-making strategies, helping reduce future involvement in the justice system.
