PUBLIC HEARING: ACTION ITEM/RECOMMENDATION: FILE #26-0155, LOT SIZE MINIMUM VARIANCE, STANLEY & MICHELLE SWEET are requesting approval of a lot size minimum variance to allow for the future division of an 11.92-acre parcel to create two, sub-10-acre parcels of about 6 acres and 5.9 acres in the Agriculture/Forestry zone. The Agriculture/Forestry zone has a density minimum of 10 acres, per Section 15.9.1. of the Boundary County Land Use Code. The parcel is located off Meadow Creek Road and is identified as Assessor’s Parcel RP62N02E055400A in Section 5, Township 62 North, Range 2 East, B.M.
