Claims Review & Approval, Indigent Matters and Junior College Tuition Forms will be discussed & approved and Resolutions will be adopted as time allows. Commissioners’ meetings are held in their chambers, Room 28, in the Boundary County Courthouse, unless otherwise stated.  Monday, September 21, 2026

9:30 a.m.: Motion to sign Certificates of Residency for Erin Carpenter, Penelope McQueen, Olivia Love, Mallory McLeish, and Ivy Dante. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes from the week of September 14th. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign Master Agreement and Addendum’s with Computer Arts Inc./Harris for FY26-27. Motion to sign bid contracts with Maria’s Cleaning for FY26-27. Motion to sign Resolution Reserving Forgone Amount for FY26-27. Motion to sign/accept 23 IRA-Boundary Agreement Award. ACTION ITEMS.

10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting. ACTION ITEM.

10:30 a.m.: JD Storm – Discussion regarding Annual Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections Report.

11:00 a.m.: Quarterly Jail Inspection.

1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Solid Waste Department Report. Motion to go out for bid on County Fuel Supply for FY26-27.

2:15 p.m.: p.m.: Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative (KVRI) Facilitator Theresa Wheat and Bonners Ferry District Forest Ranger (USFS) Heather Fuller – Update on KVRI and Forest Service projects. Discussion/Possible Action Item on GNA Agreement(s). ACTION ITEM.
